60,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I’ve been eating more to get through the new workouts but over-compensating. 🤪🤪🤪

I have been eating more too, but I believe that my new exercise makes me retain water, so I will change nothing, I am just letting my body be.🤷‍♀️😀

I will go back to my old routine, if I see that my belly is getting bigger.

I can get to my goal in a month. It’s not fun to see the scale go up, but I have had my new workout friends tell me I look more muscular. I Iike the way I look, but I would like to weigh less to make yoga easier.

Keilin, it’s always good to try new diets/exercises to see what works. This workout always makes me gain because I tend to eat more at the start but it tapers off and I lose again. Will be logging everything to keep myself accountable. Your belly shrunk and looked smoother in the last progress pics.

I’m still eating low carb, just not low enough to be keto but today is a new day.

I added 200 calories to my daily intake and gained over 3 lbs

Not worried about it cause I know I’m following a plan and not “falling of the wagon”. if you know it’s cause of the workouts and u are still doing good, don’t sweat the gain 😉

Thanks rosio! I know lowcarb/keto isn’t your style but I appreciate your support. It’s all part of a learning process. I’m eating 1500-1800 now. Lifting heavier, no one know guesses that I weigh more than 130 and thinks I’m a lot less. Where’s diablos chart? Never giving up.
