Thank you, Keyten! I've hit the blue line a couple of times but then I gain a little and get back to green. So I don't want to celebrate too much until I see a solid blue for a while. I guess I am aiming to get half a kilo below my goal so that I have some margin of fluctuation.

Yes, going below your goal can happen! I actually went too low in February. I was 9 lbs below goal. Was scared I'll be skin and bones... I was losing body fat and muscle at the same time. Glad to turn it around and didn't become too skinny. ๐Ÿ˜ You got this Eva, this time you do! ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’“

Moo, I don't process our "boat" as negative :-D I know I am already where I wanted, as you are, and don't really worry for a change in color. It's annoying, but I know it's not relevant. I also know that maintenance is not a steady state, but accepting and managing small fluctuations. However, as it is easier for me to gain than to drop (which I think it's the contrary for Keyten), I am striving to get a little lower than my goal, just to make sure that I keep liking what I see in the mirror ;-D We've got this, Moo! And you are stronger and fitter than I'll ever dream to! (some chronic hip pain I have to take care of). I don't think we have to bother for small changes on the scale. Just accept we are there, and that it's normal to see small fluctuations. (insert high-five icon here ;-D)

Eva, lol it takes me 2 weeks to undo 2 days of overeating, thatโ€™s why it was hard for me to lose. Itโ€™s easier for me to overeat than to undereat. Iโ€™ve touched my goal a few times, but as I changed my exercise my diet changes too: Higher calories for more intense workouts. That face is knowing that Iโ€™ll have to keep putting in the effort to maintain forever or Iโ€™ll gain. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… Yay for being in maintenance for life ๐Ÿ–
