coconut flour works great with other flours like almond flour and flax. don't forget baking soda. it's more difficult on it's own from my experience

Arrowroot or corn starch helps bind non wheat flours. I bake with both almond flour and coconut flour.

Go to google or Pinterest and search paleo and low carb recipes. Bon Appetite

I have to try a recipe that calls for both almond and coconut flour. Maybe that will work out a lot better lol. I have a Pinterest board with a lot of Keto recipes but I take issue with almost everyone of them. Some use maple syrup, some use flavorless protein powder, some just have wayyyy to many carbs! But I’ll keep searching

I’ve never heard of arrowroot I’ll look into that and is corn starch ok for Keto. I think I do have some of that in the back of my pantry somewhere
