This is my daughter’s Keto dinner! She’s doing great! And finds the diet very easy to stick to (bacon is her favorite food 😋). She has lost 6#s in 6 days, which she is so shocked and excited about!

I am so relieved! I hate seeing her so unhappy with herself. I am making all of her meals. I make her breakfast and pack up her lunch before I leave for work. So I’m keeping track of her macros. I don’t want to over whelm her. She’s eating about 13-1500 calories and less than 15 grams of carbs most days. I wish she would let me stick her so I could check her ketones but she’s afraid of niddles! 😜

Try ordering her the urine keto sticks? Not sure they are as accurate though. I tried them when I did keto two years ago but never saw that my body went into ketosis. Lol. But I’m all jacked up. Hah. I’m glad your daughter is also doing well!!!!

I use the Keto sticks and have no problem with them registering my Ketosis
