My breakfast and lunch today. Probably 3 tablespoons of heavy cream!

You are gonna be fine! I am living off of heavy cream. @PrincessValerie and I are going through cartons of that stuff every week...

I mean seriously, I am consuming mass amounts of that stuff and still dropping 2 pounds a day. But you have to 'spiritually' believe in carbs counting vs. calorie counting :)

Luv me some heavy cream! I put it in cooked veggies! Better than butter! Lol.

well what do you have in there?? trying Adef's protein mix?? that is one way to get enough protein!

They made it too creamy! I ended up adding another cup of coffee to it lol The coffee was so so good. Some of the best I’ve had. They are right next to my store. It was my first time trying them. I prefer black coffee (or at least close to it) but it was so rich I really enjoyed it. I add heavy cream to my daughters eggs to increase the fats 👍

I haven’t lost weight in days 😕I’m not too concerned about it though. I’m lifting weights. Building muscle is more important now. I still have a lot to lose though

@srossca - Ha! I wish! This current 2lbs a day loss is so 'outrageous' I am waiting and ready for the 'wheels to fall off' and to go back to 0-1 pounds a day or less...

ah, I thought you were adding some protein the easy way. You will lose fat as you increase your workouts. I can retain water weight sometimes but I don't worry about it as I know the fat is coming off and as you say that is what is most important.

@baskington - Her fat and carbs match mine, but she will have to start eating huge steaks every day, or start sucking down protein powder, to get her protein up to my diet :) @CrashtestDawnie is going to be successful with the weights. I am sure of it.

I ate a lot of protein today once I got home! Well It feels like a lot. I’m about to have some beef ribs!!!! 🍽🍽🍽

Couldn’t eat all my ribs so I’m at almost 60 grams of protein. I think I’ll try a protein shake tomorrow to see how it goes.

good deal, I like seeing you finally get some protein in Adef's protein powder is the one I bought too, it just does not agree with me. But I love meat so it is easier for me just to eat it. Ribs are a good choice, I don't care for hamburger

For the record, I am ALL ABOUT eating ribs and steak for protein!... I don't have an eating problem, I have a 'stopping eating' problem :) :)

It's hard to over eat, if you stick to meat! Now add that cheese and I'm doomed. That coffee looks mmmmmmm good

definitely hard to overeat protein in steak especially if you keep to the fatty ones like ribeye.

@baskington - My plan today is to eat no solid food until we go to my parents and eat ribeye steak. (Oops! As I was typing this, @PrincessValerie just gave me a spoonful of her 'dirty cauliflower rice' she made for the first time and wanted me to taste - sooo the fast has been broken (sigh)) Anyway, I will not eat ANYTHING ELSE until later when I will try to eat as much ribeye steak as I can :)
