Whenever I wanna over eat I have Rosio over my shoulder saying “PUT THAT DOWN” 🤣. Learning to not let food control you whether it’s over eating or calories whatever has been the biggest learned skill of my wt loss journey. It is something that def isn’t easy

Oh “flexible dieting” is the hardest dieting there is, in my opinion. Trying to maintain balance is extremely difficult for a lot of people. That’s a Huge part of why diets like keto are so wonderful. They not only remove all temptation, but they kinda disconnect that hold that sugar has over so many ppl like me.
