lol had a cuban buddy that used to bring me some all the time with a shot of cuban coffee when i worked at the metro zoo way back in 2008.. jeez im getting old... Thanks for that nostalgia hit, fun times.

There were also donuts but compared to the gauva y queso... they didn’t have a chance! Lol Which is surprising considering the complete train wreck of an eating day today ended up being (oh God it’s only 7:30pm!!) I also had coffee and ate 5 mini ham croquettes, 1 beef empanada, 2 pieces of pizza (toppings from 3, bread from 1 1/2), 2 cookie brownies, 2 pieces of strawberry rhubarb pie, 8 chicken nuggets(BK), med fry, honey mustard, 2 ketchups, and the rest of the honey bbq Fritos (like 120 grams!!!!) all in 12 hours 🤯😱😱😱😱😱😱😨😨💀💀💀 So my stomach hurts, bad. But I’m at the gym!! They close soon so I’m lifting weights until they kick me out 😰😰😰 I’ve got about 20 minutes left!

319!! Carbs lol I’ve drank 8 glasses of water. Hopefully that will help flush out some of the 90 grams of sugar coursing through my veins lol It was a good day. I really had to force myself to go to the gym. I wined about it for at least a hour while I lied down with my legs up in the air (actually helps with the swelling!) and then said screw it! I was there for almost 30 minutes before the ppl started flickering the lights 😜
