I didn’t actually eat any, I went to get it to enjoy during the entertainment but it died down so I put it away. And took it out again and same thing. I always have the popcorn ready. I don’t think it affects me as badly as pasta or bread.

Im already wrecking the toilet as we type, I’ll have to save the popcorn for another entertaining day.

Aw man! Popcorn gives you problems too? Or is it the rice? I guess it’s not just the gluten. What does your doctor think about it?

Popcorn and rice makes me sleepy. I don’t eat rice at home so the bloating can be from the extra salt from eating out

I’ll ask in a couple of month, I did the whole 30 diet (elimination diet) but didn’t introduce the foods back in properly. Removing them completely from my diet made a huge difference so I avoid it, but lately social eating has been occurring more.
