Worked them glutes this morning 👍👍I also dropped a whole pound worth of water weight too. Calfs still feel tight though so maybe another pound will come off by tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a good day!

I was told that the order you work your muscles is important but I don’t know what order is correct. I’m just trying to hit all the different spots. I have big calf muscles so I don’t work on them 😆

Compound movements first, do squats, then leg curls, calf raises, etc. Do bench presses(or better yet incline presses) then tri presses, flys, etc. That's the rule of thumb.

Thanks so much!! That’s super helpful! I guess I should jot down the order I should go in before I start. And yeah if I do squats at the beginning, I’ll be able to do 100 🙃
