Liv, what do you put inside yours? I find I lose more when I eat the same things everyday. I gain when I get too creative in the kitchen. Keyten, I did get it from Costco. I keep it in the fridge until I’m almost ready to eat, let it sit out for 2-3 days until it has a slight give. The outside was the perfect texture but the inside was almost crunchy. It was also browning from the seed. Worst combo.

Omelettes are a bit clean out your fridge thing for me. I have frozen small pieces of ham in the freezer for omelettes and yesterday I finished my not great looking spinach and some red pepper with it. And Jarlsberg- one of my favourites. Some avocados just are like that. Not great

I got three last week and the first was so perfectly ripe last night I didn't want to eat it. I just stared at it for a while. Forgot to take a photo. I've been eating them out of their 'shell' lately instead of the fancy fanning Keyten does ;-) It's like a disposable bowl. I'm thinking of stuffing one with tuna today...

I'm also good with the same thing inside an omelette over and over but get inspired from others here to try different things. I am playing around with the idea of cooking shrimp, patting it dry, and using it with some Asiago cheese. Maybe even take the carb hit and add some fresh chives. And, now I'm hungry.

Yes it’s tragic. Lol Bella if you stare too long it over-ripens. An environmentally friendly biodegradable bowl! Awesome!
