Love this post! You are so blessed to have such a great husband. Appreciate him! Many of us travel this road alone, so I am encouraged when I see couples who manage to get on the same page and lose weight together. 

Yes, Rosio, I understand now. I am truly blessed. We have had some tough times... I dont think anyone is immune to those, and raising five kids... Well, life is still full of challenges. ♥️ 

Calorie saver, I have to tell you that I watched for nearly four years as my husband got fit and lost weight. Four years he went to a gym alone growing more muscular and looking younger. I sat at home... I was so discouraged and hating how I looked and had so little hope I could change. I tried this and that but never was fully committed. Finally in January I promised myself I would change... If I could lose 20 pounds I knew I would feel so much better about myself... I would do it. Then a couple weeks in I got this app and these people and I finally felt I could succeed. My man never pushed, but he was always encouraging. We are now together and working out together and walking together and dreaming together. It took time! 😁  

I was gonna say it looks like your husband lost a bit of weight too. You two look great. You're truly blessed. Keep being you💓

Thanks AdaOke, I think he was down about 5 to 8 pounds between those... Now he has lost another 5.🙄 💕 Thanks, Hangry! Been missing you! Safa, you are so kind. You are a huge inspiration to me of late... No one would believe you have many children! I am so grateful we turned around our diet and fitness. It has had a way of really changing us and drawing us closer together.

Awesome job on both you and your husband's part Melissa. You sound like you've found that it is NOT inevitable that we gain fat weight as we age, wishing you both continued success into the future!!  

Melissa you look so beautiful hunny and I can see your happiness shining through. no matter what, you take care of you.  

Thank you so much, Steven. At 48, my man determined he would be as fit was his 20 year old self when he turned 50. He was a very fit 20 year old! He made it! I was sure I'd not be able to lose 20 pounds. 45 pounds gone now, and I'm convinced we don't have to "succumb" to being chubby and unfit as we get older. Seeing how you and some others maintained their fitness and health really helps keep hope and commitment alive!
