I thought you were just watching carbs not looking for actual ketosis? I get lost trying to keep up with so many people and their diets. Hope you are where you wanna be whether ketosis or not ;).

Peep - I am LcHF/Cico/MindfulEating... I'd tried to get into ketosis when I first started but couldn't get the blood levels right; so I followed low -med carb with the thought that after a few more months I'd try again. But, not this week, ha! And yeah, I can have vegs on keto, just not so many at one time in one day the way I do. But yes, I am where I want to be. Thank you.

Dawnie - you are so right.. they had some gorgeous Brussels and I don't know what distracted me but I didn't get any. Tonight I am missing them.. would have loved them with my dinner.
