Doctor’s appointment this afternoon. Nothing going on; just the ‘we have to see you three times a year to refill your meds’ visit. I’m telling y’all.. wear boots to your appointment and they won’t want to wait for you to take them off to make you weigh on their scales. Doc was really happy with the weight loss and blood glucose readings. I’m feeling at peace this week. I credit getting 6+ hours of sleep 3 nights in a row; going to try for a fourth tonight. I’ve been sewing again too - making those ‘bowl cozy’ things. I had to switch things up - my art hasn’t been fulfilling.

Nice report from the doctor! Way to go! Anything different that you're doing that helps you to sleep? Mine is 90% hormone related I think. Some days (very few) I can sleep nine hours- other days I'm lucky to get 5. Good luck to you tonight! 🥱

Princess - Thank you. Yeah, I upped the chemicals to improve the sleep. But there are nights when 'that' didn't help so I dunno.. many nights I get very little (less than 2 hours) and it wears on me. Moo - thank you! Key - thank you too. JC - thank you too. Eatto - Thank you. No one has asked 'what is it?' and I'm smiling because I normally get a 'Ew' by now...haha. Shir - thank you so much sweet lady. It's nice after a nearly stagnant two months of bouncy house.
