Didn't do too bad on my first day of being "accountable" for what I ate. Although I had some orange soda and a couple slices of American cheese in the evening when looking through the fridge for something to snack on. Now the soda is gone and usually I just use the cheese for sandwiches.

Was so excited to see a live golf tournament on TV over the weekend! I switched my programming to a bare minimum of channels so it's been hard to find something new to watch.

Inspired my Melissa's picture of her cat watching a squirrel I found one of my own with my cat Fritzy watching a squirrel on the front porch. I sprinkle some bird seed on the little table for the birds but the squirrels always find any food.

Thanks Liv and Melissa - the cats really enjoy watching the birds and squirrels and know they have to be perfectly still to not scare them away. Although the squirrels seem to know they have nothing to worry about from cats on the other side of the window. I sprinkle some bird seed by the sliding glass door in my bedroom to the deck and the birds will come right up next to the window. So do the wild turkeys! And they really make a mess. I have to go out at least 3 or 4 times a week to wash down the deck.
