I've been this weight for 4 out of the last 7 days, so I'm recording the weight. Sadly, back to green, but I've been eating appropriately and working out really hard, so I'm not too concerned. I'll take measurements next week. ❤️

Hey, Tom! I like your phone! Hehe! But, seriously, thanks! I was the same weight today, so I didn't bother updating. For sure use that 75 pound dumbell before measuring! 😁 I'd have to use both hands to lift the wretched thing! It is hard to believe I used to pick up 75 to 100 pound hay bales and stack them pretty darn high. I'm not what I used to be... Yet! 😁
