My second helping of pie. Yesterday my Wife prepared one of my favorite foods, Caribbean-style meat pie. I ate one slice but I was still a little shy of my protein goal so I went back for seconds. It was as good as the first slice but way too big a slice and I ate way to much. It's been a long time since I have overeaten and I was miserable for awhile. Tasty lesson learned...
