Finishing with pictures of my full metal keto day. I had the chaffle dish early and later finished with paprikash and zoodles and then chia pudding with yogurt and more rhubarb-strawberry compote, chocolate and nuts and a little bit of pomegranate. It was a good day for food.

Thanks all. I do not really aim to be perfect when it comes to macros...just ballpark. This was a bit of a coincident. I thought it would be fun to post my meals one day since many of you do that. It was nice and also interesting as it helped my better remember all I ate and log accurately.

Meonadiet... I just lucked out I think. There is not anything magic in those numbers in my opinion. Keeping carbs low is what I go for as a goal most day. I really do not worry that much about where the fat and protein end up
