Same! Looks good. I’ve tried to plan in lots of ‘normal’ lightish meals along the way too because it’s usually not too far into Christmas that I’m craving fish and soup and salad and lots of spice. I think our bodies know what’s needed!

Yes! I’m also going to try and limit the treats to sensible potions by preparing them a bit more so dishing up a few bits of cheese and crackers rather that getting everything out. Most important thing is to enjoy Christmas 🎄

Im not! I'm going to stuff my face for 3 solid days and drink loads of alcohol. It's Christmas enjoy it. I'm putting the healthy eating to one side for afew days. Happy Christmas
