Thank you to all for the very kind comments and support. I was very thankful to have our daughter stay for a couple days and to be able to give her lots of time and appreciation. Thank you also for the New Year's greetings, friends. I am hoping and praying for some real improvement to some really difficult problems my family faces. 2020 had been very very hard for many reasons and the last days have been incredibly tough. About the time some things improve, another three things fall apart. I am very worn and worried and weak. My eating and exercise plan is in shambles and the days are so dark and feel so difficult to face. I'm so sad. And stressed about what comes next. God give us all strength! ❤️

Melissa, I'm so sorry you are having such a difficult time. I will certainly pray for you and your family. As you know, I too have had a difficult year and at times it got so overwhelming. I prayed for guidance and tried to have faith but at times I failed. My maintenance phase went out the door, I ate to much and exercised to little. I finally gave it all up and had faith that the Lord would see me through. My son is getting stronger, my mom is not having as many heart episodes, and I finally feel some hope. Hang in there friend and God bless! 

To finish, I wish all the hard times in your life would go away but we go through things for a reason. We don't always understand the logic but just know God has a plan. As hard as it is sometimes, I hope you have the support you need at home and know you have many friends here that care and support you. Much love sent your way! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 

Thank you all! Wifey, SherryeB, Tom, Princess, and Diana, thank you for the care and prayers. Life has been filled with so many trials and stresses this last week especially, but today has turned a little brighter. The support and understanding from all my FS friends means more than I ever thought possible. I don't even know how I would be managing without the calls, texts, private messages and comments from some mighty precious people that have held me up. Thank you for all the love. I.think I will be back to my normal involvement tomorrow. I've missed a lot. I may not quite catch up, but it will be good to be back.  

Melissa, please don't worry about catching up here. Your focus is taking care for your loved ones and yourself. I'm sure everyone here understands that. We love you Melissa! ❤
