It's bright and sunny today. I still have more work in the yard to do. I ate chia pudding this morning. It's one my favorite breakfast foods. Yesterday I ate under goal, barely exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1173kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // BW↑0.2#

Four tablespoons to eight ounces of whole milk works well most days. Some mornings, I have make adjustments by adding more milk or seeds. It's pretty easy...

Never had that, but it looks delicious, and I never set activity goals, but today I think I’ll start. I want to set a goal for steps at least and I’m going to try to meet it today. Thanks John - have a blessed Wednesday!👍

Hi Ruthe, I like Premier Protein shakes. They beat a blank when I don't have time to prepare food and eat. I never thought of using them to make pudding... Enjoy!!!

@Shrewdness, Having activity goals makes it easier for me to be consistent. I follow CICO, so activity is part of the equation just like tracking food...

Thanks Jenny, I eat it a couple of days a week. I try to shy away from eating the same thing two days in a row. I discovered chia pudding from one of the members here. I think it may have been you. I enjoy learning about new food choices here...
