Woke late yesterday morning, no time to weigh in, gathered food and out the door to my niece's for our first family gathering in over a year (all have been vaccinated). Had a fantastic day with lots of good food and drink and lovely people (we were 10). Hope you all had a safe and lovely weekend.

It sounds wonderful Shirfleur!!!
I hope to do that next year. I’m still a little too scared this year. My husband is diabetic and is completely under control, but he also has horrible asthma. I’m keeping him safe! Quite a few people died because they wanted to gather especially family that have close ties, NOT WORTH IT!

Shrewd, I think you're very wise. I isolated myself completely for over a year, but now I am starting to get out occasionally with family and friends who have been vaccinated too.
