Have you tried adding cocoa powder? I love chocolate and love to make this very dark. It is amazingly easy and decadent. Yours looks great.

Kathy, I haven't tried chocolate, because chocolate is not my favorite flavor. I did get some mini chocolate chips that I want to add in to vanilla ice cream.

Me too John! Low fat evaporated milk, fresh fruit, sweetener, a dash of salt and a tiny bit of xanthan gum. Creamy & delicious in 10 minutes.
