On December 1, I took a full set of measurements before my long fast. Today I decided to do it again. I've lost 18.4 lbs in 7 weeks with fasting. Waist: -2";Hips -3"; Bust: -5", Chest: - 1"; Neck: -.75", Ankles: L - .25", R-.5", Wrist: L - .5", R -.5"; Thighs: L -1.5", R-3"; UArms: L -4", R -2"
I've never done this kind of measuring before. I usually just measure the waiste (down 4.5" this year). This is encouraging!
