Diario de Diana 1234, 01 mar. 22

Went to nutritionist today. I was bummed that I wasnt at 132lbs but to my surprise I lost over an inch in my waist! I am up 1/2" in my thighs and biceps but thats good as it is due to increase in muscle. The other measurements were same.

Thank you everyone! I have worked very hard to get back to where I was before my heart issues. Cardiologist cleared me to up the weights as long as I listen to my body.. Im almost back to where I was before heart decided to not beat right..My nutritionist did recommend that I add more cardio into my workout as all I really do is weightlift. Some of you that know me know cardio is not my thing..I will try to incorporate it by doing outdoor things like biking and hiking..I can only stand treadmills etc for about 15- 20 min.. I am starting a new eating plan starting next week which will help bulk me up. Lots of protein which is a bit hard for me as I'm not a huge fan of meat. I will post more about it after I start it. I appreciate you all so much and your support means the world to me!
