5 mile walk around this lake this morning to complete my exercise goals this week. No alcohol so far so just one night to go on that one before starting a new week, could have done better with eating sensibly after a complete fail on Thursday night.

I’m trying to remain good. Haven’t hit all my goals but will finish within calorie target, which hasn’t happened in months.

Absolutely, same goal for me just need to change a few things on the eating side. Less snacking and better lunches. 🙂
