I totally understand. The time change always messes me up. We heard on the news that a Senate bill passed to leave it like it was originally. I hope it’s this time. Dark in the morning light at night later. Dark at 5 I want to hibernate! I have insomnia so I’m frequently up very late. I just drink a ton of water. ( yes I’ll be up going). If I’m still hungry, I’ll try a healthy snack. I’m a sugar addict. I seldom eat salt, chips or crackers. I keep Medjool dates, grapes, and Halos for my sugar days. I do eat sweets and try to only keep limited amounts. It’s hard! You got this though. 💯🌈
