I am hoping that this meal will hold me a bit longer...yesterday I made a smoothie with nonfat yogurt, mango and banana..I was hungry too soon given the caloric intake.

Good choices. The PBJ has fat in it, the oatmeal has complex carbs, both are slow-burners.

Thanks Livin' and Pegster! I am happy with the choices, but I am hungry now! Ha ha ha! I think I have to try and workout before I eat. I've had more luck that way. I tried it the other way around today because I woke up so early...I'll eat almonds and a lighter lunch.
