Diario de John10251, 11 dic. 14

If I can stay in the blue two more days I will reset my goal weight five pounds lower. That is ten pounds lower the long term goal I set at the beginning of my weight loss journey. I didn't think I could do it and I didn't do it by myself. Thank you guys for your support.
