Did not weigh in this morning. Probably should have. But I made a zucchini almond cake yesterday and then ate almost all of it so....

It was a good one. I would make it again but this time not have it come out of the oven when I was really hungry. Lesson learned.

Pondering how to keep up with exercise without the gym. So far I have biked, run and kayaked but as it is getting colder outdoor is getting less effective especially for strength.

I have equipment. Need to set up a schedule and follow it. OK that will be next post. A strength schedule for my home gym set up.
