I was the same way with music, studied at a prestigious university under a legendary professor, then I walked away. The fitness journey brought the magic back. Did fitness bring art back to you too? Yfritz, my physical fitness has definitely been part of a larger story in which I was looking for personal happiness and fulfillment. I see now that happiness is just a word. A sound that comes out of our mouth that holds meaning. But that meaning, in its purest state, is just another form of self-love expressed. Happiness is not something we gather to ourselves originating outside of ourselves. Happiness is our honest knowledge of ourself, the expression of that uniqueness, and the sustaining love of self that results from that process. ❤️🔥
