Just because I’ve been workin out 5 days straight and it’s rainin and wetness and mud it’s no excuse to take a rest day when my body feels prime n ready. Self honesty ☝️

Cheesegobbler84 absolutely and its back on again now, I can't sleep in a hot and humid house and neither can the wife we keep the house on the cooler side year round. My allergies are bad right now but sometimes wewill put a box fan in the window instead but that wasn't an option either 

My house gets hot in summer. I installed a house fan in the attic 3 years ago. It works great but you have to wait until it cools down outside and some nights that's not until 11p. My central air is trash. When house was built, they installed one unit when my house should have upper and lower units.
