I can’t believe my eyes, on all of you. How can you pass up less than 200 cals at 29g of high quality proteins, nutrient dense! Food! With low fat and high cholesterol, cholesterol which is the precursor to steroidal hormones! Get all the gainz!

I was anemic when I was a kid and my mom used to make me sit at table until I ate all my liver...ugh! Needless to say the " put in mouth, spit into napkin, and feed the dog" worked for me most of the time...can't stomach it now...

Yea not a lot of foods I draw the line on except for deep fried. I mean I do still eat some, maybe 3 times a year in small portions lol... but cheesepuff that liver pate sounds interesting! Do you have the recipe? Can’t do sauté I am on a diet... gotta get my figure so extra oil is extra cals
