This workout was a killer!!! Nearly puked, and could stand for almost 5 mins after leg extensions cuz it wanted to cramp and was complete jelly! Now I know why he recommends 2 days rest, i almost gave myself ptsd thinking I have to suffer through this again tomorrow.... 2 days rest it is and then we will go through this sweet suffrage agaiiinnnnnzzzz 😏

Lol all the sets before the heaviest ones are all warmups. Then it was just one big set. Storms I use an app to record my workouts 😂

Dang, I'm curious to see how you do with it! I tried doing sets and reps like Mentzer advises and it's definitely super tough.

Yea the way he does it is if you fail you have a partner help you just as much as need for you to complete reps further. I think that is better but dropsets is the second best thing to that I think and I don’t need anyone. What’s not recorded tho was the partials and final holds to complete the burn off. What I like n hate is after you hit last 3 reps of your working set is what it feels like for the rest of the dropsets. You’re constantly fighting the pain to push further. Like\hate 😂 but I could have dropsets better on my bench if I had done 255-235-215 drop it by 20s instead of 10s

And btw I’m just doing this cuz I’m too eager. I don’t think it’s fair to judge the gainz when I’m on a deficit. But I think I like it enough that it will stick through my next bulk cycle

Learning lots on this site. Had to look up what a drop set was. Sounds efficient.

I did it for a full workout. It was killer. Humbling on the weight needed especially in the drop sets.

Nice! Except for near-puking. Nothing is worse than puking except for dry heaves. So on rest days do you go for walks?
