Pump is good and no lactic acid burns 🤔 Yoh I think I’ll just down it with my Creatine next time. Like a quarter teaspoon only. Stuff is pretty strong

Oh my goodness that's not good even when you put it on steak to help tenderize them they say wash it back off .. why are you putting it in water for I'd think that would be really awful in so many ways especially puking and making sure you get sick 😷😷😷...

I am questioning the wisdom of this particular move. A teaspoon is all that’s recommended as an antacid remedy from days of old, I don’t think I’d go beyond that.

Well you are right katsolo! I usually go through half a bottle of Gatorade, so that’s 2 servings in a bottle. Cake out of benching like I had double Ds!!
