Ken, this muffin recipe is one of two favorites. Normally, I don't bake in the summer but it was cool enough today to do so. The recipe includes honey and yogurt and they can stand alone... or with tea, as you suggest. Super yummy and a little over 200 calories each.

Unity, I don’t bake but I have time. I think it’s because I’m mostly try to cut gluten out. I’ll look into gluten free recipes and maybe get into it. Sounds fun!

Stormy, me too! Sometimes It's not practical for to deal with exotic ingredients in some of her recipes, but more often than not the 'make it ahead' theme hits home. 🙂
