Ha ha I thought you went into Pervy mode when I saw the first line 😂😂. Wish I could help more and give you that motivation. I spent ages like it and I think the only way of sparking it back is by hitting discipline mode straight away ☺️

Piggy, I’m using a couple new tracking apps that let me visualize my workouts and progress. It’s helping me stay motivated at the moment. They’re either free or something like $1.99 because I’m cheap. 🤣

You know I’m joking and I know what you meant 😂. The biggest motivation is seeing progress, so find a way of tracking that works, apps like Kat has said, measurements or the scales or just how you feel. Really try to stick to it for a set period and see/feel that progress. Small goals

I’m using the apple fitness app that came with my watch, lots of hidden features in there, zones fitness for heart rate, time in zones, etc., and the withings app that comes with my smart scale. Sounds like a lot, it’s really not. I’ll post some screen shots after I swim. I like graphics. Helps me see the progress.

If you’re searching, it’s called Zones for Training and it’s a one time purchase. Lots of zones out there these days. Good luck!

Love it do it, do some classes they provide excellent motivation. ☺️. I use the same as Kat it’s great for tracking use this also the health app if you have apple. I can look back and see exactly when I’ve been Ill or broken and also making progress.

Honestly, it’s been game changer for me, but it also depends on what drives you. I’m a nerd at heart and like seeing the data from the watch, but that might not work for everyone. And you don’t have to go apple. There are others just as good.

I spend too much time chained to the desk as well. Good luck with the sandbag, i used mine to hold back water from our “hurricane” instead.
