Otb, I had a salad, too! I always eat my salad at the end for reasons I don't understand. The rice doesn't look like much in cup form; but once I spread it out, the plate looked full!😃

my inlaws always eat salad afterwards as well. I'm sure it was a normal person portion I eat way too much lol. I had 700 grams of spaghetti squash and .6 lbs of ground turkey for dinner 😳then started snacking ughh im just never full no matter what I eat

Otb, spaghetti squash doesn't count! Lol 😄🧡 you can eat a bucket of that stuff... that is why I love it!!

Lol I meant volume wise 🤣 I ate the buckets worth. Sadly if it was regular pasta I would have been wanting the same amount and it would have been 2500 calories instead of under 200

Ah! Well then, spaghetti squash is indeed your most treasured ally! That, and all vegetables because regardless of the volume consumed (practically) you will still be on target calorically speaking. 😀 🎯 Once the weather cools off, I'll be back to eating spaghetti squash too.
