I could do with some support. I’ve already lost 2st 10 lb but still got a long way to go. I have severe arthritis and other issues which mean my mobility has been very restricted for a few years. I’m trying to lose weight by counting calories and learning about what I’m putting into my body. I need ideas for veggie protein from any fellow healthy eaters. So glad you’re finding the community supportive. I’m hoping for the same 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Well done Mel 

EmNor. you have lost so much already... we probably need to learn from you!!!!! not sure can be helpful re veggie protein... i am veggie and and assume you might be... but best can say its just about balancing everything in terms of what you eat and checking on sides of packets etc or checking on line. i am a bit anaemic so have to do that with iron content. good luck. and keep going you obviously have knack of weight loss!
