It has been my (humbling) experience to find that so much of my health journey has been about giving myself permission to love who I am. To love all aspects of myself, even those traits that I might not find so desirable. The image here will not be clear enough to decipher and is a sprawling (and yet not exhaustive) list of 'values.' I found it online by searching for values. What I found liberating was the idea that once I knew who I was (by highlighting certain values) I realized I alone had the power and responsibility to create a world in which these values were fostered and allowed to express. I am my own love. This is what it means to fall in love with life.

Thanks DaddyM, 🙂 I have spent the majority of my 48 years not having a clue as to who I was. I didn't know that I didn't know. 🙃 so all this is brand-spankin new news to me. 😁
