Stormy, I was thrilled with it! The spaghetti squash is helpful because I can eat 2 cups and it is still fewer calories than rice.

I was pretty cranky back when I first started, now it's kinds of like a treat, I love the way I feel by day 3, but day 1....I get a bit hungry, that will subside completely tomorrow. I think for me it's more of a control thing. I can eat, or I can go without eating, it's entirely up to me. I'm better when I am controlling food as opposed to food controlling me. It's quite freeing to not be chained to food..or to the stove, or dishes...LOL but it's not everyone's cup of tea!
