Hi All. feel quite low tod, as it's o ly two weeks and we have Jim's funereal 💔. I feel empty, and my stomach feels sick. I'm working today, but I'm so 😫 happy!!!. I promise Jim I will look after my health and fitness, so I will. Hope all your weigh days go OK, mine is Saturday. up in the night again, having a cup of tea. I've done this a few times now nit surprised 😮. love to you all. mot so Merry Mel.xxxx

Merry Mel, I'm glad you're posting on here after Jim's passing. I haven't experienced loss like that but I hope you're keeping social if you enjoy that. What do you do for work?

Hi Mel, Strangely today I just popped in after not being on this app since September. I wanted to say I am deeply sorry for your loss, I know Jim has been through hell this year with his health so hopefully he is at peace now and giving you strength to keep being the beautiful person you are. Jim will always be there to watch over you and will always be in your heart and thoughts. Please look after yourself. Take care xxx
