💙Thank you! It is a favorite go-to for urgent hunger + no time. I know the approximate calorie count and I know I'll be full for a decent amount of time. It has helped me to have this type of 'plan' for moments when I find myself super hungry. Otherwise, I find something less desirable to fill me up. Or wait too long to eat and eat a lot!
