Zenus, yes, it took me a long time but I have embraced the part of me that benefits from change. 💙😅 Bordom, for me, tends to crop up when I am not allowing myself to change when I want to change. So long as I can connect with what lights me up, I'm good. And since I'm always 'allowed' to do that, it is all good. 😁

4w, it was fun and it was worth it!! I am relieved to find that after years of eating well, I'm comfortable with fun food as a temporary pleasure. Once I've allowed the craving its moment, I'm happy to return to better stuff. To never indulge would just not work for me long term. 💙🥳😅
