Thank you, MyanW and Ticia! If I had included some cheese or chickpeas it probably would have held me an extra hour. But I struggle with cheese (love/hate thing) and I did not think to add the chickpeas! 😁

DaddyM, it is always some weird data, for sure! I aim for foods that I notice stick with me for a while. But often, if I'm trying to work in a treat for later that day, I'll eat a light lunch and then a small snack later on. Spreading meals out in certain ways can help. But yeah, this one backfired on me! 😅
