Diario de shirfleur 1, 12 ene. 24

Saw the doctor today for maybe 15 seconds. First, another sonogram, then he walked in, said hello, I am referring you to a different doctor in our group who knows more about cancer. That was it. I feel like this doctor is using me to rip off my insurance companies and I am furious beyond words. So angry I should not have been driving music car. Thank goodness I'm dining with a friend tonight, she'll distract me so I don't go out and murder the first person I see.

That's how this medical industry works, unfortunately. The middle-man has to get a piece to keep his job. :/ And they'll kick you off the roster if you don't visit regularly. I don’t have a doctor anymore, I just go to urgent care clinics when I need something. I'm sorry you got treated that way and hope you get the help you need! 💐

I don't think there is another service field that's supposed to help people and don't because of the red tape and rules. You hang tough! Sending 《hugs》💗

Im so sorry that was your day. Infuriating. Medical care is definitely not what it was in the 60’s. Or 70’s. Insurance demands so many hoops for them to get paid. And the amount of patients they are expected to see in a day is insane. Then there is charting at the end of the day which can take hours in and of itself. My child is a DNP and we were having a conversation a couple nights ago about charting. The insurance companies wont pay if charting is not done the same day as meeting with patient. When you see 15 patients in a day who has the time. I asked her how they could check. Well they are time stamped. But unless they are audited it’s more or less the honor system. She has put in many 18+ hour days charting late late at night. Ridiculous. Im sorry shir. Hopefully the next doc gives you good information and a clear path to be healthy.

Wow! That is unacceptable but these days it's probably the norm. I hope you get better answers from next doctor. AND...what a horrible comment the Dr left you with!!! 🩷

My primary care physician is great, and so are most of the many other doctors and nurses I have interacted with this year. I have an appointment with a highly respected surgeon that I like very much later this month, and he and I are going to talk about how to go forward with this.

I'd be thankful he refered me out to someone who specializes in the care I need.

Yes, equeens, except that doctor is one of his partners. And why didn't he make that referral when I saw him last month?

yes my Neurologist only does phone appointment for me, i'm stable. they last about 4 minutes. i wonder what would happen if i really re-developed an issue. Specialists are hard to find here in Tucson that take Medicare. Hope the new Doctor skills turn out to your liking.

Oh Shir. I’m so sorry. I’d be so frustrated too. Be careful you don’t hurt someone when you’re angry ha ha. Hopefully the referral will be worth it. Keep me posted…you are in my heart and prayers.💕

I am so sorry for that happened to you. No excuse for that. He would no longer be my Dr .Hopefully this next Dr will be kinder and more concerned about your health and well being

I'd be frustrated too. Hope the doctor he refers you to works out and you never need to visit that clown again
