I keep waiting for the day my body announces that it's bored of this breakfast... I've waited for years. I've literally loved the same breakfast for years... never thought I'd be that person! :)

That is also about as close as you can get to my favorite breakfast meal which I have 5 days a week.

AH, that is what I refer to as cat barf breakfast, 😛, it is oatmeal, 1 tbsp chia, cinnamon, 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter, half a banana, 12 almonds... 😁

If it works and satisfies, and is superhealthy, why change? I feel the same way about my own breakfast. To my surprise, too, since I typically like changes in my meals. Different ingredients than what you have but it’s the same thing: grain + seed + nuts + fruit + something binding/sweetening. The peanut butter in your breakfast is an intriguing idea, I must say. If I tire of my breakfast in 10 years, I’ll have to try it!😀

You are not alone. I have several meal that I repeat because I just really enjoy the taste of them! Your breakfast looks very tasty!! :)

Thats a dewlicious breakfast. Very satisfying and healthy. If it ain't broke... right? I eat my same breakfast 85-90% of the time. It works.

Sounds delicious and something that my wife would devour. She has that breakfast without the peanut butter, though I am guessing she would be willing to try it. Generally, we have oatmeal 4 times a week. She has the banana, and I have blueberries in mine.

Thanks all! I sometimes go to bed dreaming about eating this in the morning! The almonds, chunky peanut butter, and chia keep the oatmeal's mushy texture from freaking me out. 😂
