Fatsinme, I tell you, by the time I get dinner on the table, a photo (with skin or without) is a minor miracle... I cook intensely for 3 days and then coast a bit for 4. I still fix up smaller parts of meals on the 4 day stretch but not a lot. Soooo Monday is the busiest day of the week.
