Maybe add some of the traditional spices of falafel balls. Cumin, parsley and coriander. ? I still have some of my falafel balls in the freezer but on the next batch I am going to add in some quinoa or millet.

Honee! I have the best recipe for falafel from ATK but I was too tired to go through all that trouble. I think falafel is going to be one of those dishes I order on the rare occasions I go out to eat because I'm just not willing to make it myself. 😁
