Chickpea curry. FS is not able to properly calculate the nutrients for this delightful concoction. Recipe includes: firm tofu, butternut squash, sweet potato, and cauliflower along with cashews and nutritional yeast. It takes me all day to make it but the recipe yields 10 cups and it's fantastic, gluten-free and vegan.
