Yes, you have to put in so much work for every permanent pound lost…so all 10 lbs equals 10 rounds of serious effort to say the least, and 15 pounds equals 15 rounds of serious effort, and so on!

We also have to overcome roadblocks, starting with late high school (no more PE = weight gain for a lot of people), then freshman year of college if you go to college, then more…some outside factors, some biological…all through life.
